The most important techniques in NLP, in my view are those that give you a way to establish a positive state of mind on demand. I use them a lot. Maintaining a really positive state of mind is absolutely key to making long lasting changes in ourselves and our approach to life.
NLP also allows us to understand the way we view and behave in the world. The techniques we will use can help you discover how you make decisions, and how to move forward where you are feeling limited.
I also use Time Line Therapy, a development of NLP, which safely and easily helps clear old and outdated emotional patterns and limiting beliefs, giving you a clean slate to move forward with. These timeline techniques can also help you to build a compelling future to draw you in the direction you would like to go.
Once you have experienced any technique you have take-away tools which you can use yourself to achieve optimum states, whether that be confidence, a sense of purpose, joy or calm.
